Mega 2025 Volunteer Registration

It is our pleasure to waive the registration fee for any camper whose parent is serving at camp. This is a small way for us to say, "Thank you!" for your generous service. We are excited to support our awesome parent volunteers by offering a PreK program for 3–6-year-olds! This program will be led by Karen Richardson and Amber Caruso. Position Descriptions for Mega 2025

Huddle Coach: Think of this role as that of a traditional "camp counselor". You will enjoy the kids all day as you travel from station to station with them. It is important that you are excited about building relationships and sharing the Gospel with kids. - 5 Day Commitment 


Programming: (If you have any of the following gifts, we want you!)


1) Skit Team - 5 Day Commitment 


2) Sound/Audio Visual - 1-5 Day Commitment


Support Roles: In each of these positions, you will support the very vital roles throughout camp! - Anywhere from a 1-5 Day Commitment 


1) Sports (Director: Matt Major) 


2) Creative Arts (Director: Emily Wakeley) 


3) Wonder Lab, a new daily surprise activity! (Director: Rachel Haigh) 


4) Bible Story (Director: Caroline Glidden) 


5) Registration & Hospitality Team (Director: Sara Robinson) 


6) Pre-K Team (Director: Karen Richardson) 


7) Safety & Security 


8) Snack and Water Stations, Lunch Team
